元旦は工場などが休止しており、空気がとても美しい。<br />

たっぷりの大根おろしにくつくつと火が通ったら、一つまみのお塩と上等の豆腐を入れてさっと熱を循環させるだけが基本です。<br />
その美しく、香りに含まれる情報の豊かさ。<br />
今日はきのこも加えました。<br />
頂き物の岩海苔をちらすと千葉の潮の香りがします。<br />
貴重な炭を熾して暖を取りながら、くつくつと上等の恵みある大根に火が通る瞬間は、とても聖なる時であり、深い呼吸につながります。<br />
こうして、ただ日常は神とともに過ぎていきます。
